Company Objectives: 

(1) The objectives of this company shall be as follows:–

(a) To invest in securities including debentures, bonds, government securities, preferred shares, collective investment schemes, derivatives, commodity instruments, whether listed or unlisted in the securities market.

(b) To undertake investment management activities after obtaining approval from the relevant regulatory authorities. 

(c) To act as a qualified institutional investor

(d) To engage in derivatives and commodity brokerage, warehousing, and warehouse management upon commencement of derivatives and commodity stock exchange operations, after receiving approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.

(e) To carry out investment management activities after obtaining approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.

(f) To provide corporate advisory and investment consultancy services after obtaining approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.

(g) To conduct private equity and venture capital activities after obtaining approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
